These new dwellings electrical specification was design and installed to meet a very high standard.

This newly constructed development just off North Hinksey Lane, is a stylish addition to this desirable area. The development lies in the former grounds of the grade II listed Old manor House, a 16th centry farmhouse and home of the Halliday family since the 1930s. Miss Patricia Halliday ran a highly popular riding school from the grounds for close to seventy years and Halliday Lane is named in her memory. The North hinskey, Oxford development came complete was issued as a design and build for the electrical package. This included power and lighting throughout, decorative accessories and light fittings, car chargers, and solar installation.

Accessories installed included Hager brushed chrome sockets, Hager distribution, Aurora downlights, under vanity and cupboard lighting.
