Local Extraction
Whether you require bathroom, toilet or kitchen extraction we can install standalone extraction focused on maintaining a fresh and mould-free environment by removing excess moisture and odours. Depending on your requirements this can be done via a boosted and trickle, continuous or a more traditional on/off method, activated via a light switch or PIR. These can be via wall or ceiling mounted fans or more discreet higher performance inline models depending on your requirements.
Centralised Mechanical Extract Ventilation (MEV)
We now install these multi extract units as an alternative to local extract systems. With one centralised unit often located within the loft space they are a much quieter option for providing extraction to multiple areas. They can be controlled similarly to local extraction methods, but more importantly with these units is for them to be commissioned to obtain balanced to Part F of the building regulations.
Mechanical Ventilation with Heat Recovery
We now install MVHRs which are a more energy efficient approach to ventilation, providing a continuous flow of fresh filtered air into a building whilst removing stale air. These systems employ a heat exchanger to transfer and recover heat from extracted air recovering as much as 90% of the heat that would be typically wasted.
