Hedgerow House is a high specification private residence designed to combine contemporary living with fully integrated smart home technology. Integrated Lighting & Control Strategy

The project required a fully coordinated lighting scheme that delivered both functional and atmospheric control throughout the home. We designed and installed a complete Lutron HomeWorks system, incorporating the latest Alisse keypads to provide elegant, user-friendly scene control. Careful circuit design and commissioning ensured smooth dimming performance and consistency across all lighting loads.

Seamless Smart Home Integration

Bringing together multiple systems including lighting, audio, security, and mechanical controls into a single Control4 platform required detailed planning and coordination. We ensured all subsystems were correctly interfaced, allowing the client to manage the entire home through a single, intuitive interface, whether locally or remotely.

Mechanical & Controls Coordination

Integration of mechanical services demanded close collaboration with other trades. We provided all electrical supplies and control wiring for heating and associated systems, ensuring reliable communication and responsive performance within the wider automation setup.

High-End Finishing & Detailing

The use of Focus SB Renaissance accessories required precise installation to align with the interior design vision. Attention to detail during first and second fix stages ensured a consistent, premium finish throughout the property.
