Our works involved all wiring of lighting, power, audio visual, security, fire detection and heating controls. Although we hired specialists in to 2nd fix and commission the Audio Visual and Security systems, we supplied and 2nd fixed all equipment and accessories for the mains distribution, final circuits, heating controls, lighting and generator set up.
Multiple challenges demanded meticulous planning
The project included multiple out buildings, which presented multiple changes, however through meticulous planning we were able to present solutions. These challenges were to expand the control system to all outbuildings including CCTV to a tractor shed 200 yards away integrated onto C4, C4 lighting control to a shepherds hut including control for the sauna. Linking the pool equipment and controls from an external building to the main heating system for quicker heating of the pool along with the two Air source heat pumps.
The Control 4 system installed helped the client control multiple systems from one App on either your phone or the wall mounted touch screen panels in the house, and the TV matrix let you see the control 4 controlled items on your TV which provided great viewing of the CCTV when required. The systems integrated on the C4 system were – Lighting control, Heatmiser, Sonos speakers, Air conditioning, Security system, Nest smoke detectors, CCTV.
