Oaksmere Barn, Appleton

The Oxford Electrical Company were commissioned with the design and installation for the electrical system at this new dwelling, converting an existing steel barn frame into this stunning new home.

The design of the project was very modern with finishes to the highest standards. From the bespoke floating staircase with integrated LED strip lights to the floor to ceiling marble fireplace with recessed uplighters the finished product is truly amazing.

The mixture of downlights and plaster in LED profiles was controlled using Rako lighting controls designed and installed by our engineers.

• Air conditioning supplies
• Air Source heat pumps

We worked closely with Wooldridge & Simpson, Lighting by Plum and Riach Architects to deliver this project on time and to the required specification.

It was a pleasure being involved in this project, especially once all of the lights were highlighting the wonderful design of the property.
